All cancellations must be made in the 'account settings' section of the website.
   
   
10. You will be charged every 30 days of use for monthly accounts or every 365 days for annual accounts. If you wish to discontinue your account, your cancellation must be made in advance of your billing date. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests made after your cancellation date. For programs purchased up front at a discounted rate there will be no refunds unless otherwise noted.

On training programs or modules where a guarantee is offered it is understood that Ty Brown and DogBehaviorOnline.com guarantee results meaning that your dog will have significant behavior improvement if the training methods are applied properly and if the dog owner has completed all of the training modules for the desired behavior. If the training methods are applied properly and desired results are still not achieved then Ty Brown and DogBehaviorOnline.com will continue to help the dog owner until desired results are achieved. Additional help may include the following: prolonged access to the training modules at no additional fee, email or phone consultations, video critiques (Ty Brown or a qualified trainer will critique what the dog owner is doing through video), access to tele-seminars or webinars, and any other method that Ty Brown or agents of DogBehaviorOnline.com choose to help the dog owner. Your results are our goal and we will continue to help anyone who is actively trying to improve their dog's behavior. There is no cost for any of this additional help and is a service designed to make sure that 100% of committed dog owners achieve the optimum results.
    
12. Some training modules have money back guarantees and some do not. Make sure to read the module information to determine if the program you have interest in has a money back guarantee or not. For modules that do have a money back guarantee that applies only to the first 14 days that the dog owner is a member of DogBehaviorOnline.com. After 14 days for modules with money back guarantees no refunds will be made for any reason.
