Thanks I have been looking for a good way to house train my puppy. I have a soon to be 4 year old pit bull terrier Lelah who i got from the shelter (best dog i have ever had) perfect with my kids. and my newest addition Roxy she is maby 4 months old pit bull she has the house problem they both sleep in my room at night. My question is how do i keep her from raising hell all night if i put her in a crate and leave the other dog out.
The best way is to simply let her work through it. Pay no attention to the barking and whining and she’ll soon learn that it does her no good.
I have a Newfoundland puppy that I am trying to house break, but I can’t seem to get him to go outside. After I feed him I take him outside, sometimes for a whole hour just waiting, and nothing. He just sniffs, chews, and tries to play. Then As soon as we get inside he goes. It’s like he holds it until we get inside. Do you have any advice for me.
Have you tried tying the dog out for a bit and leaving the dog alone?
i have a foxy that gets under the house and just baks at a beem i tell her to be quit but she keeps it up for at least 10 mins so what the best way to get her to be quiot
Don’t let her get under the house.
Hi we have a 2 year old staffordshire bull terrior and a 4 month old husky our problem is our husky storm she picks on our staffordshire
Bull terrior like chewing on his legs and his ears but our staffie wont tell her off has he thinks he is going to get told off we have tryed seperating them for a bit but that dont work she just goes back for more. And when we give her water it just goes straight through her but we try to get her outside but she wees before we get out any advice please thanks alana
Does the pestering even bother your Staffordshire? From your description it seems as if it doesn’t.
Hi yeah he trys to get away from her but she keeps on following and annoying him
Don’t let her follow the other dog around. 4 month old dogs should typically be leashed when they are in the house.
